How Long Does It Take For Dispatch?
Typically, for in stock items, dispatch is within 2 working days, but usually orders placed by 11am are dispatched same day.
Used Equipment & Gobos may take up to 7 working days before they are dispatched.
Ordered on Request / Out of Stock item lead times will vary depending on Manufacturer lead time and will be confirmed once we've had confirmation from the Manufacturer.
What's The Shipping Time?
Typically, once dispatched from our warehouse, goods are shipping on a Next Day Service (assuming no delays with our courier partners). For larger items where goods are dispatched via Pallet, these are shipped on a Next Day Service by 1700.
Once the goods have left our warehouse, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro & JCB as well as PayPal.
BACS / Bank Transfer is also available during checkout

Want to collect your order from our warehouse? No Problem! We'll let you know when it's ready to collect and schedule a collection time with you.
Located in Woking, Surrey. We are just a short distance from the M25, M3, and A3 making it easy to get to our warehouse from the South Coast & London.
Woking is well connected on South Western Railway network. Trains are typically every 10mins from London Waterloo and take around 25mins. We're then only around a 15min walk from the station.
